Can any one help with this problem? 1994 5 door Ford Aspire. Car does not hold idle. Gas foul in two cylinders. car smokes clear white smoke. Ne remanufactured engine Could be a problem with injectors or other gasolene source. Nosigns of gas in the engine compartment . Please help Thanks
Justbob: This isn't a q&a, but ...
White smoke indicates water, black smoke is gasoline, and blue smoke is oil.
Odd that the plugs are fouled with gas, water usually washes them clean if it gets in the combustion chamber.
Take the radiator cap off and run the car until it gets hot. Look for bubbles in the coolant stream once it starts circulating. Don't get your face down there because if there's a head gasket problem it could shoot coolant out.
Good luck.
