How did you know this part needed replacement? Why did you choose a certain brand/part number?

I went to the auto zone and asked him the code which is 1135, and they said that the code represents the oxygen sensor. So is it correct or wrong please help, and if it is wrong then what is it. where is the sensor located and the part number.
