2000 Malibu a/c kept changing after setting control. This was only part controling ac. I like AC parts for replacement

Complete control was same as on on car. No additional part required.

Repair / Installation tips:

Special tools needed? Have to remove other parts to reach this one? Any left-hand threads, sharp edges, messy fluids or other pitfalls to avoid? Had to remove dash cover which snapped off very easy starting at bottom. Needed one nut driver to remove control. All wiring and vacuum connector came off easy. Works fine now.
