What came in the box? Were additional nuts, bolts, sealant, etc. needed for the repair?
Water Pump and gaskets were provided.
I used copper RTV on the sealing surfaces, I cleaned them throughly with a scraper and then some emery cloth, and I cleaned it up with solvent.
I also put permatex on the fan so that it doesn't loosen up and come off.

Repair / Installation tips:

Special tools needed? Have to remove other parts to reach this one? Any left-hand threads, sharp edges, messy fluids or other pitfalls to avoid?
The fan didn't come off the pump like every other one I had changed on all my other cars.
I used a plumbing strap wrench to hold the pulley, and then used a 24" adjustable to loosen it off of the pump.
